Actor and film producer Patrick Warburton surprised guests at Disney California Adventure as they got ready to board the Soarin’ Over California attraction, Disneyland officials shared Friday.

For more than 20 years, guests at Disney California Adventure and Walt Disney World’s EPCOT in Florida were greeted with a pre-recorded message from Warburton explaining some “important safety tips” during the attraction’s safety video.

But this time, he conducted his final safety check in person. Disneyland officials shared a YouTube video of Warburton greeting fans.

“Getting to surprise guests today was super fun, and it’s great to see the impact that this safety intro has made for the past 23 years and how people still love it. It was such a blast getting to be the Chief Flight Attendant for Soarin’ Over California once again,” Warburton said in a statement.

This isn’t the first time the actor has worked with Disney. In addition to his roles in “Seinfeld” and “Family Guy,” Warburton voiced the character Kronk in Disney’s “The Emperor’s New School” and the character Grand Macaw in Disney Junior’s “Elena of Avalor” TV show.

For a limited time, guests can enjoy “Soarin Over California,” the original version of the “Soarin’ Around the World” ride at Disney California Adventure during the Food and Wine Festival.

The festival runs until April 22.
